Money and goods return guarantee

At Chapar, your satisfaction is our credit. Considering that our products are in the "food" category, the terms of returning goods are a little more sensitive than non-food goods, but we are waiting for you.

When can you return the product?

  1. Physical damage during transportation (fracture):

We pack honey with special bumpers. But if the postal package arrives and you notice that the honey jar is broken or the tea is broken, up to 24 hours after delivery, message our support by taking a photo of the damaged package. We will either resend the product to you or refund the money.

  1. Product discrepancy:

If the product you received is different from what you ordered (in terms of the type of tea or the weight of honey), contact us without opening the seal of the product to make a replacement. The cost of sending in this case is by chopper.

  1. Product quality:

If, after opening and consuming (initial test), you notice that the quality of the product matches the description on the site (for example, the tea smells stale), you have up to 7 days to raise the issue. If approved by our quality control expert, the product will be withdrawn.
