Methods of sending orders

We ship products from Lahijan (Gilan Province) to all over Iran. Depending on your location and needs, we have two shipping methods:

1. The National Post Company (Piontaz Post)

• Coverage: all parts of Iran (cities, villages and islands).
• Delivery time: usually between 3 to 6 working days (depending on your distance from Gilan).
• Cost: more economical and economical.
• Suitable for: those who are not in a hurry or live in small towns and villages
• Tracking: After sending, a 24-digit tracking code will be sent to you via SMS, which you can use to check the status of the package in the post tracking system.

2. Tipax (fast-acting)

• Coverage: Provincial centers and big cities (Tipaks does not have representatives in some villages).
• Suitable for: Those who want their order (especially honey or fresh tea) to reach them faster.
• Note: Before choosing Tipax, make sure that your city has an active Tipax representative.

Safe packing:

It doesn't matter which method you choose; All orders (especially glass honeys) are packed with bubble wrap and strong multi-layer cartons so that they reach you safe and sound.
