2. Originality and nature of the product:

Our products (tea and honey) are completely natural and agricultural. Therefore, the color or taste of honey may be slightly different in different harvests (due to the change of plain vegetation in different seasons). This is a sign that the product is natural, not a change in quality.

3. Order registration and inventory:

We try to keep the site inventory always up to date. However, if a product becomes unavailable after placing your order due to order fluctuations, Chapar reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money (of course, we will coordinate with you immediately).

4. Working days:

Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
